Wellness Day

I’m happy to be part of the speakers and exhibitors at the Wellness Day organized by the Les Cavalier d’HBMA Association at Haras BMA. This day is dedicated to both horses and humans.
A Wild Soul Tribe booth, will be there for you to (re)discover my latest creations as well as wellness products (incense, sacred cacao, blue lotus, meditation cushions, the small roll-ons you love so much… and cosmetics from the Igräne Cosmetics range). I will also introduce you to Sound Therapy and Sacred Cacao, explaining the various instruments I use and their benefits.
There will be two sessions to discover Sound Therapy. At 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, the lungeing ring will become a sacred space where I’ll offer you sound journeys. The first will focus on Himalayan singing bowls, and the second on the sound of gongs. Experience a unique moment of relaxation.

Floatting Sound Journey

Relax, reconnect with your deep self and your body through the magic of a sound journey.
Settle in your individual hammock, your cocoon for the session, and let the sound’s vibrations carry you. Beyond the unique sensation of weightlessness, I love the image of the cocoon from which you will emerge somewhat like a butterfly after this moment of relaxation and introspection.
The vibrations and frequencies emitted by gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments induce deep relaxation of body and mind. They possess regenerative and transformative power across the four bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual), providing you with exactly what you need at the precise moment of the session.
Wednesday June 17 and/or Wednesday July 1st ~ 7.30pm – 9pm
Contraindications: Individuals with a pacemaker, those hospitalized within the last 6 months, epileptics, and pregnant women before the 4th month or after the 8th month. Children are accepted only from age 14 onwards.

Cacao
Heart medicine*
The sacred plant of Cacao has been used for thousands of years for its benefits on the body and the mind. It’s scientific name translates by “food for the goods” which makes complete sense when you know that people from Mesoamerica considered it to be a brige between our material world and the spirit’s one.
May it be on a group or an individual session, the different rituals I’m proposing over a cup of ceremonial Cacao all have one thing in common: reconnexion (to yourself, to nature, to the sacred web of life).
In a general manner we will be working with different tools such as meditation, journaling, mouvement, and voice. Sound will also have a place (even if you are not choosing to combine the ritual with a soundhealing session).

Soundhealing
The vibrations of sound
Since almost the begining of time and for many cultures around the world, sound and its vibrations have been used to help people on their journey to healing. Simply think about the shaman’s chants and drums, you will see what I’m talking about.
And this is where Soundhealing comes from. The use of the “healing sounds”, the vibrations which will resonnate deep into our beings, enter in resonnance with our emotional and physical body, or with our nervous system in order to bring back harmony.
Be it an individual session (with some instruments directly placed on and around your body), or a group sound bath, the waves and vibrations produced by the different therapeutic instruments (himalayan or crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, koshis…) have multiple benefits such as easing physical tensions or emotional blockings, reducing stress, liberating endorphin… . The list is a bit too long to write it all here but I will be wrtting an article on the topic soon.

Sessions with Dr. J. Beaulieu’s tuning forks are unavailable for the moment, I have an thumb injury keeping me from holding the tuning forks for the duration of the session.
